Mr. Siemienas is a Managing Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Equibase and is responsible for all accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury and administrative functions.

Mr. Siemienas has extensive financial reporting and management experience working in both large companies as well as smaller, entrepreneurial organizations. Prior to joining Equibase, Mr. Siemienas was Vice President of Trizec Properties, Inc. (now known as Brookfield Properties Corporation.) While at Trizec, Mr. Siemienas was responsible for establishing and overseeing the internal audit department as well as assisting management with financial reporting and risk management. Mr. Siemienas’ extensive prior experience also includes senior accounting, finance and audit positions within the real estate, insurance and technology industries. Mr. Siemienas began his career at Coopers & Lybrand (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) working with clients in the real estate and financial services industries.

Mr. Siemienas, a Certified Public Accountant, received a B.S. in Accounting, with honors, from the University of Illinois (Chicago).
