Dr. Riddiough is a senior advisor to Equibase in the areas of risk management and investment strategy.
Prior to becoming a senior advisor, Dr. Riddiough had served on Equibase’s Advisory Board for four years. He is currently the Academic Director of the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he also serves as the E.J. Plesko Professor in Real Estate Finance. Dr. Riddiough is one of the industry’s leading experts in the areas of real estate credit and capital markets. He is a managing editor of Real Estate Finance and a fellow at the Homer Hoyt Institute for Advanced Studies and the Real Estate Research Institute.
Dr. Riddiough earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and was a tenured professor at MIT prior to returning to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |
