Mr. Petacque is a managing principal of Equibase and directs all aspects of the Company’s legal affairs. Mr. Petacque has more than 40 years of significant experience in the practice of real estate law.
Prior to joining Equibase, Mr. Petacque was the senior partner of a leading real estate boutique law firm and advised Equibase on substantially all of its real estate investments. Mr. Petacque’s extensive prior experience also includes positions as president of Mercury Title Company, Special Counsel to the Illinois Department of Insurance and Special Attorney General to the Attorney General of the State of Illinois.
Mr. Petacque received an L.L.B. and a J.D. from the University of Illinois. |
