Mr. Ostrow is a senior vice president of Equibase and is responsible for portfolio and asset management activities, and underwriting and structuring new investments.
Prior to joining Equibase, he was employed by Security Capital Research & Management where he primarily worked on structuring privately-negotiated investments in real estate operating companies for the firm’s Security Capital Preferred Growth fund, as well as new product development, marketing and client service initiatives. Prior to Security Capital, he was an analyst in the real estate investment banking group of A.G. Edwards & Sons.
Mr. Ostrow received a B.B.A. with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Business School and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. |
