Mr. Nummy is a managing principal for Equibase and is responsible for portfolio and asset management activities. He is also involved in sourcing, structuring and executing investment transactions.
Prior to joining Equibase, Mr. Nummy had been an Executive Director in the Real Estate Group at Morgan Stanley, where he established and was regional head of the firm’s Securitized Products Group Midwest region. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, he executed a number of highly complex transactions involving leading public and private real estate sponsors totaling over $3 billion in value. He began his career at Mass Mutual where he spent six years analyzing, originating and executing real estate debt and equity investment transactions.
Mr. Nummy received a B.S. from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. |
