Mr. Koretz is a vice president of Equibase and is responsible for the asset and portfolio management of investments.
Prior to joining Equibase, Mr. Koretz was a vice president of Orix Real Estate Capital, Inc. where he was responsible for the asset and portfolio management of a national real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Orix, Mr. Koretz was a senior vice president of CMD Realty Investors, where he was responsible for managing a three million square foot portfolio of office buildings located throughout the country. His extensive real estate experience also includes positions with JMB Realty Corporation and First Chicago NBD Corporation.
Mr. Koretz received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. |
