Mr. Hall is a vice president of Equibase and is responsible for underwriting and structuring investments. He is also involved in asset and portfolio management activities.
Prior to joining Equibase, Mr. Hall was a senior underwriter in the Real Estate Group of Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for executing senior, bridge, construction and mezzanine loans. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was a Senior Asset Manager at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development where he was responsible for due diligence, financial analysis and asset management of a portfolio of more than 800 assets valued at over $3 billion.
Mr. Hall received a B.S. from SUNY College at Oneonta and an M.B.A. from Binghamton University. Mr. Hall is also a Level III candidate in the CFA program.
