Ms. Grumman is a vice president of Equibase and is responsible for portfolio and asset management activities. She is also involved in the underwriting and structuring of new investments.
Prior to joining Equibase, she was a vice president at Northern Trust Corporation where she was responsible for providing structured credit facilities and other debt products to both public REITS and privately held real estate operating companies. Prior to Northern Trust, she was employed by LaSalle Bank, where she was responsible for providing acquisition, construction and community development loans to the bank’s real estate clients. She began her career at the First National Bank of Chicago (now JP Morgan).
Ms. Grumman, a director of the Walter Burley Griffin Society of America, received a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University. |
